Become part of the Roots & Revival Music Fest experience by joining Trading Post Row, our festival marketplace filled with unique vendors, handmade goods, local businesses, artisans, and southern treasures. We're looking for vendors who bring creativity, quality, and a welcoming hometown spirit to our guests. Whether you offer handcrafted products, boutique items, western goods, specialty foods, or one-of-a-kind creations, we invite you to apply and help make this year's Homecoming Edition an unforgettable celebration of community, music, and tradition.

TRADING POST ROW FESTIVAL VENDOR POLICY
1. Vendor Space Assignment Vendor spaces are assigned by Festival Management. Booth placement is determined based on vendor category, sponsorship level, and event logistics.
2. Vendor Setup Schedule • Early Setup: Friday, November 13, 2026 beginning at 10:00 AM. • Vendors utilizing early setup must ensure booths, merchandise, tents, displays, and equipment are properly secured. • Roots and Revival MusicFest, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliates assume no responsibility for merchandise or equipment left overnight. • Standard Setup: Saturday, November 14, 2026 beginning at 7:00 AM. • All booths must be fully operational prior to opening.
3. Security & Liability Participation is at the Vendor's own risk. Vendor accepts responsibility for loss, theft, damage, injury, or claims arising from their participation and agrees to hold harmless the Festival and its representatives.
4. Vendor Fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Space reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received. Spaces will only be held for 7 days after approval of your application. Application deadlines are October 15th 2026. Spaces are limited so we suggest applying early to get your spot!
5. Electricity Requests Electricity is limited and must be requested in advance. Approval is subject to availability and festival infrastructure.
6. Food Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, inspections, and health department approvals. Compliance with local, county, and state regulations is mandatory. THESE MUST BE EMAILED TO US at least 30 days prior to event.
7. Vendor Conduct Vendors shall maintain a professional and family-friendly atmosphere. Festival Management reserves the right to remove vendors whose products, conduct, or displays are deemed inappropriate.\
8. Weather Policy The festival operates rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related interruptions unless the event is canceled by Festival Management.
9. Cancellation Policy Vendor cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event may be considered for a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
10. Cleanup & Departure Vendor agrees to leave their booth area clean and free of trash, boxes, and debris before departing
